What spring should I use for my garage door?

The best way to find out the spring for your garage door is to check the exact model and look it up. If you don’t know the make or model of your garage door, you should weigh your garage door for an accurate measurement.

Do NOT simply look at these charts and decide which spring you should use as all brands have various weights. Garage door springs can be dangerous so do your due diligence.
